Laboratory of Host-Microbe Interactions

Our research is focused on understanding the basic biology of host-microbe interactions, with a focus on immune cells. By utilizing multidisciplinary experimental approaches, our lab aims to elucidate the cellular and molecular mechanisms that control the functions of immune cells to ensure homeostasis at the organismal level. Our goal is to ultimately apply our findings to pathways that can be therapeutically manipulated for the treatment of a wide range of human diseases.
